WARSAW SHELTER BUILDING

Both novice and experienced Explorers
tried their hands at debris shelter building
in one of the most inhospitable weather situations
which we have ever dealt with.  Cold rain fell
all during the construction day,
but most shelters were built and many slept in.

Conditions were very wet for gathering debris.

Conditions were very wet for eating and sleeping.

Did I mention that conditions were very wet .. ??

But determination won out!!
